Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV systems.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage contractors, vendors, billing, and material planning.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, and statutory regulations.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead and mentor MEP teams while ensuring effective cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide regular project updates to management.

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

• 15–20 years of experience in MEP execution for real estate projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
