Job Description
  • Generate and manage leads through various channels including digital campaigns, channel partners, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct project presentations, site visits, and customer meetings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential and commercial projects.

  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, bookings, and closure of sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with CRM, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS reports.
Desired Profile
  • Graduate/MBA preferred.
  • 5- 10 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Good understanding of home loan processes, RERA guidelines, and real estate market dynamics.
CTC: As per company standards and candidate experience. Preferred Industry: Real Estate Developers, Property Consulting, Housing Finance, or Residential Sales.
