Job Descriptiona) Delivering CRM strategies across the organization to retain existing customers b) Candidate should have experience in handling post-sales activities of properties, generating allotment letters, agreements, payment receipts, demand letters, collection, and reports. c) Handle the customer query through e-mails, calls, and direct interaction. d) The Candidate must and deletion of applicant, possessions, and registry. e) Ensuring complete Customer Relationship Management. f) Build and maintain various data reports for customer-centered metrics. g) Evolve customer-centric processes that create long-term relationships. h) Be able to recommend industry-leading practices for inclusion in our solutions and response.
