Job Description

Calculation, Compliances &Technical checking of all Bills before release of payment.

Conducting site visits for quantity & quality approvals and other relevant matters.
Auditing of bills and material reconciliation supplied to contractor
Control on material cost as per cost index and Control on wastage of material during execution
Prepare reports and formats as per management on daily and weekly basis
Site visits for verification and fulfilling job responsibilities

Desired Profile

Qualification: Degree/Diploma(Civil) from recognised AICTE approved Institute or University.
Having rich Experience between 6 to 8 years of experience in Billing and Auditing.
Have to work in coordination with Project Team and reporting to Management
- Ensure timely approvals required for smooth running of Project
- Bills generated by site team / technical checking and recommend for the management approval
- Checking the Variation and deviation in the bills
- Preparation of Work Orders of Civil and MEP
- Quality aspects as per Management by using Checklist and Formats followed at site to achieve quality standard
- Should be ready to work in our Project Site, Sector 150, Greater Noida.
