- Concept finalization, Space planning, Well verse with local building bye laws /NBC code / GREEN BUILDING Etc. /RERA compliances. Making DBR for construction in architecture/structure to monitor.
- Managing advertising material i.e. Brochure, Walk through. prepare 3d views,
- Finalization of Projects specifications, Preparation of cost Estimation, controlling of costing with effective review, Monitoring and resolving technical issues at site
- Dealing with Competent authority (Noida/Ghaziabad UPAVP Authority, Fire, etc.) for approval of projects at various level i.e. On sanction, completion and compounding etc.
- Managing the full life cycle of projects from design documentation to delivery within a team environment
- Concept designing, preparing architectural & construction working drawings, details & schedule on time delivery of drawings at site.
- Delivery of cost effective innovative designs.
- Working and supervising projects with attention to detail. Strong decision making of finishing and technical matters at site and on drawings
- Schedule and attend meetings with consultants, contractors & vendors.
- Strong understanding of latest trends & materials.
- Documentation & assist senior members of the project to coordinate with clients and consultants during meetings and site visits
- Verification of Presentation Drawings & salable drawings and Advising on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.
