- Managing advertising material i.e. Brochure, Walk through, prepare 3d views/ models.
- Finalization of Projects specifications, Preparation of cost Estimation, controlling of costing with effective review, Monitoring and resolving technical issues at site
- Managing the full life cycle of projects from design documentation to delivery within a team environment
- Concept designing, preparing architectural & construction working drawings, details & schedule on time delivery of drawings at site.
- Delivery of cost effective innovative designs.
- Working and supervising projects with attention to detail. Strong decision making of finishing and technical matters at site and on drawings
- Should have experience of landing multiple projects in one time.
- Managing day to day task to with senior management.
