Job Description :
  • Maintaining files, records in the office in chronological manner.
  • Drafting of relevant legal documents, letters communicating with different departments, Authorities including RERA.
  • Knowledge of RERA is must. Documentation in RERA filing of Replies and other relevant communications with RERA.
  • Knowledge of Consumer courts and procedure to be followed before consumer forums.
  • Coordination with the external Advocates and provide them the documents as required from them and any other relevant information required in any of the matters pending before consumer Forums including National Commission.
  • To comply with the directions of the management issued from time to time.
Desired Profile :
  • Must be a Law graduate with 1-3 yrs experience.
  • Hands on experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation.
  • Sound knowledge of Civil, Commercial, labour and Corporate Laws
  • Sound Theoretical and practical knowledge required.
  • Should be good in Drafting.
