Job Description :

* Act as the main point of contact clients

* Addressing queries and concern properly

* Handle customer complaints & provide appropriate solution within the time limit.

* Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain high level of client satisfaction.

* Knowledge of EWS flats allotment process.

* Knowledge of real estate software Farvision

* Managing task such as Allotment letter, receipt generation, demand letters,

* Bank documentation, Possession documentation.

* Ensure the timely collection to be done as per the requirement.

Desired Profile :

* Knowledge of real estate software Farvision

* Managing task such as Allotment letter, receipt generation, demand letters,

* Bank documentation, Possession documentation, MIS Generation.

* Should be from Real-Estate background.

* Fresher MBA (Regular) can apply for this position.
