- Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; payroll management; and training and development.
- Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Align HR operations with the overall business strategy and objectives to contribute to organizational success.
- Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with overall requirements and standards.
- Streamline and optimize HR processes to enhance operational efficiency, including areas such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
- Utilize HR data and analytics to make data-driven decisions, identify trends, and provide insights into workforce management.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement workforce planning strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Implement wellness programs and initiatives to support employee well-being.
- Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their HR needs and align HR operations accordingly.
- Budget for and manage expenses related to employee wellness initiatives, considering the impact on health care costs and overall well-being.
