- Serves as a primary administrative resource between the CMD and team of all department. To liaison between the CMD office and other senior leadership team and external parties.
- Prepares and processes cost expense reports for the CMD, as well as, audit the direct reports expenses to ensure submissions are timely and as per the company policy.
- Handling communication on behalf of CMD.
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CMD, including those of a sensitive or confidential in nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral or response.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CMD office and other departments.
